Sales prices are creeping upward. Why? Because there's a huge shortage of nice houses on the market. And when there's a shortage, prices go up. In some areas of NW Ohio it can even be considered a Seller's Market because there's a 6-month supply or less of homes on the market. Plus, interest rates are still very very low. Usually around 4.5%.
